A little bit of rain couldn’t dampen the holiday spirit of the hundreds of people who flocked to downtown Wilmington for Sunday’s 19th annual Holiday Parade.
Folks lined up and down Front Street, rain jacket or umbrella in tow, to catch a glimpse of all the festive floats decked out in brightly illuminated lights.

A pair of floats did manage to stand out from the crowd.
The Kitchen Man took home the top prize for the best commercial entry for their gingerbread house-inspired wonderland.
While Coastal Carolina Submarine Veterans were honored with the best non-commercial float. Thank you for your service!
We’ll see yall next year!
